Beople’s challenge was to design and develop a monetized platform for the gastronomic sector. This app should generate a virtual meeting space for supply and demand for temporary jobs (fill a vacancy due to illness or daily over-demand). The tariff scheme did not depend on the publication of offers, but on the contracting itself, so it had an extra complexity taking into account the legal implications.

The design of the responsive web app should be attractive to a young audience and, at the same time, not be too relaxed as it sought to attract serious professionals. Furthermore, as it is a new venture with high growth expectations, we had to generate an architecture that would allow us for medium-term scalability and internalization in order to export the product to different countries and languages.

We develop a flexible solution with the ability to grow in the future, allowing the addition of new modules and functionalities at low cost. We apply a modern and informal design, seeking with the type of communication to reach the target audience.

We use an MVC architecture with services (API’s) that allows us future integration into mobile applications. Regarding the language, we use PHP 7.3, building our own framework especially for this solution. The frontend layout was done using HTML5 and Bootstrap 4.0. For the database, we use a simple MySQL engine with modeling in 3FN.
